SOLE AGREEMENT

This agreement, comprises the complete and exclusive agreement between the Company and the user of this web site. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America and user further consents to jurisdiction by the state and federal courts sitting in the State of California. User agrees that for purposes of venue, this agreement was entered in Los Angeles County, California, and any dispute shall be litigated or arbitrated in Los Angeles County, California.
